Walk-In Clinic Patient Access Representative

The Walk-In Clinic Patient Access Representative greets and assists patients in person and on the phone, schedules appointments by computer, takes messages, enters and verifies patient information.  The Patient Access Representative will work as a member of a team to provide a high level of customer service to our patients.  Other general office duties are also required. 

Number of Hours:    Casual:  up to 16 hours scheduled every 4 weeks.

Schedule:   Friday- Sunday Week #4 (4-week rotation). Ability to pick up additional hours.  Hours of Operation: M-F 5p – 9p, Sa-Sun 1p – 9p.

Educational Requirements:    High School diploma or equivalent required.  Customer Service and computer experience required.

Other:  The applicant must work well with patients in the utmost professional and confidential manner.  This person must be able to work under stress, handling a large volume of phone calls and patient encounters.  He/she must have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and computer skills.  The ability to work with the public in a pleasant and professional manner is required.
